What do you think? Do you need all of those fancy programs to have a good site with good graphics? should you have all of the super expensive ones, because if you dont, your site is no good? should you just use MS paint? Share your opinion!
My opinion:- I think its great to have all of the fancy programs, I know for a fact they really help when it comes to layouts and graphics, but I also know that lots of site owners use MS paint heaps as well! MS paint is great but I personally love PSP, I couldnt survive without it!
