Making Awards In Paint
Dont have psp, but want to make a funky looking award? Theres nothing to it! All you need is paint, which nearly ever computer has!
Open up paint, by pressing *start* then find paint on the list of prgrams that are now shown. if it isnt there, press *run* and type in mspaint in the tiny screen that comes up.
Now, if you want a colour background select the bucket tool (
) , then click on the colour you'd like to use as you background from the buch of colours down the bottom.
Now, you can decorate the background with the spray can (
) , choose how big you want the spray, choose from the three images underneath all of the tools. you can do all different colours...all you have to do it just click down on your mouse, and spray all over the award, not staying in the same spot for to long. (heres an example of what it could turn out like...)
Or, you can do dots, by holding down the spray can in any random spot, for a long time. You can do any colour dots, any size! heres an example of what it could look like...
Now, if you would like pictures from your file to go on your award, press *edit* (right up the very top) then *paste from* then choose your picture, double click it, and it should be on! Im going to use my 'spotty' background for my award, and Im going to use two dolls!
If you put a picture with a transparent background on, I bet your thinking, 'Woh oh!' because the transparency came out BLACK! =O no need to fret though! just zoom in by clicking the 
tool, then click on the picture once or twice. then, click on the flood fill tool (its remember?) then click on the colour you used for your background from the bunch of colours down the bottom, and press everywhere that there is a black bit. All fixed! If you want, fill in the blank spaces with dots, or if you did the other design, with spray everywhere.

Now, finally, for the message! Click on the Text tool (the A) and below all of the tools, should be two pictures. Click the 2nd picture, otherwise your message will have a background, and that will cover up your spray, or your dots! and we dont want that!
After you've done that, make a square with your mouse, by clicking down on the picture and dragging the mouse... Now, type in your message! If you want to make the text a different font, or size, then press *view* (right up the very top) and then press *text toolbar* a little bar will come up, just choose your font and size from there. Also, if you want your text to be a different colour, just choose a colour from the bunch of colours down at the bottom of the screen.
You've nearly finished! All you have to do now, is save it! Press *File* (right up the top) then press *Save as* and type in what you want your award to be named. Also, below that, it will say 24-bit Bitmap. Press on the arrow next to that, and go down to GIF. Otherwise your award will you all fuzzy and funny-looking. My award turned out like this...
