You want to put an image onto your website; but you dont want have to upload it to your website. One answer;
Photobucket.
Photobucket is an easy, free way to upload your graphics. You just upload them, then copy the 'HTML Tag' (CTRL+C) then paste it onto your website (CTRL
+C), and the image will show up!
